RESPONSIBLE TRAINING'S FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER CERTIFICATION EXAM & TRAINING PROGRAM + ILLINOIS BASSET BUNDLE

This program tests entry-level food managers on food safety laws and regulations for the county and state where they work. People who are returning to the food industry after a lapse in service will also benefit by this in-depth review of food management responsibilities. This program includes the preparatory course and the exam. The optional Food Protection Manager Course prepares you to take the virtually-proctored Food Protection Manager Certification Exam with confidence.

This Food Protection Manager Exam has been developed to meet the ANSI National Accreditation Board - Conference for Food Protection (ANAB-CFP) requirements by training experts with the guidance of health department food safety officials and food management professionals. It is periodically updated to stay current with food codes and to improve quality; learn about changes here.

The BASSET, or Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training program, will train you to sell and serve alcohol in a legal and safe manner. The program is designed to comply with the Illinois Liquor Control Act and also has been approved by the Illinois Liquor Control Commission. This training program is designed to train servers and sellers of alcohol in a retail or on-premise setting.

PLEASE NOTE: The Food Protection Certification exam is administered in a virtually-proctored environment, meaning you must have access to a room with a door, a computer and a webcam.
