How Does this Course Work?

There is no final exam for this course. Instead, you must read every slide and take the quizzes after each chapter. When you have viewed all the slides, you have completed the course and may download your certificate.











How Do I register the Continuing Education Course with the Minnesota Department of Health?

After you have completed the Continuing Education refresher course, you must submit your certificate of completion to the MN Department of Health:

  1. Download your Responsible Training Continuing Education Certificate to your computer. 
  2. Go to the MN Department of Health Online Licensing System page.
  3. Log into your existing account.
  4. Upload the certificate that you downloaded in step 1.
  5. Confirm the accuracy of the information and submit your application.
  6. Pay $45 to the State of Minnesota. 

The MN Department of Health will send your Minnesota CFPM Certificate, which is valid for 3 years.
