A CLASS A & B UST OPERATOR TRAINING, FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER & TABC SELLER-SERVER CERTIFICATE - VALUABLE SIGNS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

Anyone who is in charge of the day-to-day operations of a UST facility, such as a gas station, airport or commercial refueling depot, must hold a Class A & B UST Operator Training certificate. Additionally, at least 1 person must obtain a Food Manager certificate in all establishments where food is sold (ice is a food.) Lastly, a TABC Seller-Server certificate will teach you the laws regarding the sale of alcohol in Texas and how to avoid fines and lawsuits.

HOW IS A CLASS A & B UST OPERATOR TRAINING/ FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER/ TABC SELLER-SERVER CERTIFICATE USED?

Holding a Class A & B UST Operator Training certificate shows that you understand UST safety and regulations and have the knowledge needed to oversee UST operations. Furthermore, the law requires at least one person to obtain a Food Protection Manager Certification if they work in a restaurant, hotel, c-store or anywhere else where food is prepared or handled. The TABC Seller-Server training program is required by most employers in Texas to ensure you know the law when it comes to alcohol sales. Health officials or employers can check your certificate status through our online system.

You may call yourself a "Responsible Training Certificate Recipient". You can refer to your "Responsible Training Class A & B UST Operator Certificate", "Responsible Training Texas Food Manager" and "TABC Seller-Server Certificate" on your resume.

You may not say or imply that you are "certified," "certificated," "licensed," "registered" or "accredited"; these terms indicate a different type of program than our C-Store Bundle.

FOR HOW LONG IS THE CERTIFICATE VALID?

Your Class A & B UST Operator Training certificate is valid for 3 years. This information will be printed on your certificate and may be checked by using our online verification program. Refresher training is required at least every 3 years. Your Texas Food Manager Certificate is valid for 5 years. Your TABC Seller-Server Certificate is valid for 2 years.
