HISTORY OF COURSE CHANGES

In March 2026 Responsible Training achieved an ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) accreditation for our Allergen Awareness Course. Responsible Training is staffed with food safety, allergy, and education professionals; we developed this training program with the help of an Advisory Group whose members represent health officials, food scientists, food managers, and food safety trainers. We will periodically update our course to comply with federal and state food code changes as well as to improve quality.

• In March 2026, the Responsible Training Allergen Awareness Certificate program was accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB).
